What were some of the specific strategies that I used to encourage participation? How effective were they? What will I do differently next time?                                       

I used activity based method to create interest on topic. It was useful to express their ideas friendly.Next time I use more TLM and activities to encourage the slow learners to participate in the topic.                                        

Were there any concepts or activities that students found particularly difficult? How will I adapt my approach to address these difficulties in the next lesson?                                        

Some students found difficulties in the pronunciation of words.  I give oral drilling for them.                                       

What additional resources or modifications could improve the effectiveness of this lesson in future implementations?

Giving time to slow learning students to complete the work. To participate in the activities without fear.                                              

Teacher notes:                                   

Students identify and read the alphabets.  Some are felt difficult in pronunciation. I take remedial class to overcome the difficulties.
