SMPA OMR Bundle Slip, OMR Sheet Account, Abstract Form AP SELF ASSESSMENT 2024-25 BUNDLE SLIP TO BE PASTED ON THE OMRs, OMR SHEET ACCOUNT
1. Head Master:
Put class wise OMRs in polythene covers. Then keep all covers in carton box ,and paste
Filled Annexure 1(a) /1(b)/1(C) form on The box.
2. MEOs:
Fill Annexure 3 form and keep all the school wise carton boxes , in
another big carton box. Paste One copy of Annexure 3 on it and submit another copy of Annexure 3 and carton
box to Secretary DCEB.
All unused OMRs should be handed over to MRC in a separate cover
along with used OMRs
