R D E R:
- 1.
In the reference read above, the Director,
Ministry of Culture, GoI has informed that the Secretary (Culture) will convene
a meeting on 04th November, 2025 at 12:00 PM through VC to review the
preparations regarding the programs to be organized on the commemoration of 150
years of Vande Mataram and requested to instruct Nodal officers to attend the
meeting through VC along with all the relevant details/ information and share
the details of the (Name, Designation and Contact Number) of the Nodal officers
on priority basis.

It
has been decided that the entire country will come together at a fixed time (10
AM) and sing Vande Mataram on 7th November 2025. The mass singing of Vande Mataram
will be spread across public places and have participation of all citizens, school
children, college students, officials, elected representatives, police
personnel, doctors, teachers, drivers, shopkeepers and all other relevant
stakeholders across all segments of society.

The
agenda of meeting is as follows:
- a) Sharing of Plan of Action for the
7th November 2025 regarding
- i. State level programme led by
Governor/ Lt. Governor/ Chief Minister
- ii. Details about events planned
in School/ Colleges/ Universities
- iii. Details about events at
District and up to Tehsil level.
- b) Mass Singing of Vande Mataram'
on 7th November 2025 at 10:00 AM across the country and the Secretary, Ministry
of Culture to brief about details of the same.

Government, after examination of the matter, hereby appoints the following officer
as Nodal Officer to attend the meeting on 04th November, 2025 at 12:00 PM through
VC along with all the relevant details/ information and coordinate with the Ministry
of Culture for conduct of commemoration of 150 years of Vande Mataram across
the State in a befitting manner.
