I am Harish. I want to share one experience with
you.
When I was a child, I went to my grand parents
house in Gudivada. I went there to spend my summer vacation. There, I helped an
old woman. She was waiting on one side of the road. She wanted to cross the
road. She was not able to walk. She was not able to see.
I saw this. I held her by hand and helped her
cross the road. I was very happy. I was happy that the old woman was able to
cross the road with my help. Even now, I keep on remembering that incident.
2. In what way do you respect your country?

Hello, Good morning. I am Shalini. I respect my
country. This a country with thousands of castes. There are several religions.
We have hundreds of languages. The climatic conditions are different. My
country is a land with suitable climate for cultivating a Variety of crops.
The food habits, and dressing patterns are
surprising. The people of this country are very tolerant. Different festivals
are celebrated in this country. People take part in these celebrations. For all
these reasons, I respect my country.
3. How is your mother managing the family
altogether?

share my feelings towards my mother with you. She is a very hardworking person.
She is a loving mother. She supports my father as he goes to office. I have a
sister. I am in class five. My sister is in class three. My mother supports
both of us very much. She never gives any trouble to us. She spends money
carefully. She comforts us in the times of stress. For all these reasons, I
love my mother very much.

Hi all! I am Sharmila. I am here to speak about
a great leader. He is a very famous personality. He is none other than Mahatma
Gandhi. He was a true patriot. He was a successful lawyer in South Africa. But,
later he left his practice and returned to India. He wanted to devote his time
for the sake of India and its freedom.
Gandhiji always preached non-violence and
non-cooperation. He preached what he practiced. He stood for Hindu Muslim
Unity. He lived and died for the sake of truth. He died on January 30,1948 in
New Delhi.

Balasubramaniam is a popular singer. He sang nearly 50000 songs. He is a very popular in Telugu, Hindi,

Ramanna. He was able to sing for most of the popular heroes like NTR, ANR,
Krishna, Sobhan Babu, Chiranjeevi, Chandra Mohan etc. His voice matched very
well to all these heroes equally. His greatest work is the TV serial ‘Paadutha
Theeyaga’. The serial inspired hundreds of young people to take up music as
profesion/hobby.

about a movie you watched :
I am very eager to share my opinion about the
film”Taare Jameen Par”. It means in English – “Stars on Earth”. It was produced
and directed by Aamir Khan. The film is about an 8-year old boy. the boy was excellent in art. But
because he had a disability called ‘dyslexia’, he was poor in subjects. The
parents send him to a boarding school.
The art teacher in that school finds the boys
problem. He helps boy out to overcome the problem. Aamir Khan took the role of
the art teacher. Darshed Safary plays the role of 8-year old Ishan. Amole Gupte directed this film.
This film deals with an important problem in children.
4. Talk
about a freedom fighter :
Alluri Seetarama Raju is the brave freedom
fighter from Andhra. He was bom ‘Mogallu’ village. He grew up as a young man in
the British mle. He understood that Indians were oppressed by the British. The
wealth of India was robbed off the British. He understood that freedom from the
British mle was the only way for India.
So, he decided to join the fight against the
British. He led the tribal people. The fight by Seetharama Raju was well known.
He had a group of followers. Finally he was killed by the British. But his name
and work will be alive among the people of Andhra.
5. A
great person you have seen.
Sri P.V. Narasimha Rao is great person. I like
him for his ability as ruler. He knew several languages. He knew many Indian
languages and some foreign languages. He was an able ruler also. He acted as
the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh for some time. Later he acted as Minister
for external affairs in Indira Gandhi’s cabinet.
Later , he became the prime minister of India.
During his rule, he brought so many changes in Government policies. He
translated Viswanadha Satyanarayana’s ‘Veyi Padagalu’ into Hindi with the title
‘Sahasra Phan’. This year we are celebrating his 100th birth anniversary.
6. Parents
:
I have loving parents. They look after us very
carefully. My father is a farmer. He works-on the farm and runs some business
also. My mother is a home maker. Both of them are helpful to each other. They
help us very much. They always encourage us in our studies. They encourage as
we play in the evening. My mother is a very good story teller.
She narrates stories from Panchatantra, Akbar
and Birbal, Vikram Betal, Tenali Rama Krishna etc. My father tells us how to
behave in the society. My mother tells us what to eat and what not to. She also
tells us manythings about clothes, relatives, festivals neighbours. Both of
them are a God’s gift to us.
7. A
successful woman :
Indra Nooyi is one of the successful women. She
is the Chief Executive Officer and chairperson of Pepsico. She was bom in
Chennai in 1955. She
studied in Madras Christian College, Chennai and Indian Institue of Management
in Calcutta. She became the Chief Executive Officer, Pepsico in 2006. Nooyi was named on
Wall Street Journal’s list of 50
successful women.
She is the president of World Justice Project,
in June 2018,
Nooyi joined the International Cricket Council Board as the first independent
female director. Also, she became a member of the board of directors at Amazon.
In India, she used to play cricket. She is still active as a Chief Executive
Officer. Girls of this generation can leam a lot from the life of Indra Nooyi.
8. My
best friend :
Mahesh is my best friend. He and I studied
together in a primary school. In secondary school, we studied separately. Now,
he is an officer in a bank. I work as a teacher in a Government school. He is a
fun loving person. He is always kind to others. He never hurts anybody. He is a
blend of good habits. He has the habit of rising early. He regularly takes
exercise. He is healthy because of his food habits. He eats food very
limitedly. He spends his free time in library. For all these good habits, 1 like Mahesh very well.
9. My
School:
My school is MPP School, Kothapalli. It has two
buildings. There are 56
students going to this school. All the children are regular in attending the
school. There are three teachers working in this school. Our school has a big
playground. There are many trees in our school. There are many colourful birds
in the trees. In the afternoon, we have our lunch supplied in the school
itself. Our teachers teach very well. I like our school very much.
10. Favourite
hero / heroine :
Savitri is my favourite heroine. She acted in
Telugu and Tamil films. Savitri acted as heroine in many popular films. She was
the most popular heroine of the past. She was known as ‘Mahanati’. A film
called ’Mahanati’ was a success a few years ago. The film was the biographical
picture of Savitri. She was a well known artist and a good director. Savitri’s
acting was excellent in most of the films. She was a very generous person also.
She donated her valuable ornaments for welfare of army. She will be remembered
for ever with her range of films.
11. Our
teachers :
We have very good teachers in our school. All of
them are highly educated. They are very friendly to the children. They explain
the lessons very well. They are very carefbl about the slow learners. Also
that, our teachers allow us to play in the evenings. In our school, there is a
craft teacher. She teaches several things like embroidery, origami, weaving,
gardening etc. The children are very happy to water the plants in the guidance
of these teachers. In our school, teachers help us play indoor games and out
door games. The teachers guide the students as they play. They use good
teaching aids to make concepts clear to children. We all love our teachers.
12. My
village / town.
I live in a small village. The village has
nearly 2000
population. Most of the families live on agriculture. The village is located in
the middle of three hills. There is river flowing through our village. The
farmers in our village grow paddy. Some people also have cattle. They sell milk
to Government milk centre and get money. Some people sell things in shops. Our
village has very good roads, the village panchayat keeps the surroundings clean.
There is a school in our village. There is an
anganwadi centre near our school. The teachers teach very well. They don’t live
in the village. They come from outside. They teach lessons excellently. There
are some elders in the village. All the people in village follow the advice
given by them. Our village is a very good village. The people are very kind to
each other.
