The Little Seed
A Simple PDF Test Story
Chapter 1 – The Little Seed
Once upon a time, a little seed lay quietly under the soil. It was small and brown, and nobody noticed it. The seed waited patiently for rain and sunshine.
One morning, dark clouds appeared in the sky. Soon, soft drops of rain began to fall. The soil became wet and cool. The little seed was happy.
After a few days, the seed began to grow. A tiny green shoot pushed its way through the soil. It reached towards the warm sunlight.
Every day, the little plant became stronger. Its roots grew deeper into the soil. Its leaves opened wide to receive sunlight.
A small boy named Ravi saw the plant near his house. He decided to take care of it. He gave it water every morning.
Ravi also removed the weeds around the plant. He protected it from animals and made sure it received enough sunlight.
Weeks passed. The tiny plant grew into a healthy green plant. Ravi was very happy to see it growing.
One day, beautiful flowers appeared on the plant. Ravi smiled and understood that even a tiny seed can become something wonderful when it receives proper care.
Chapter 2 – A Lesson from Nature
Ravi learned that plants need several things to grow. They need water, sunlight, air and nutrients from the soil.
He also learned that plants are useful to people. They provide fruits, vegetables, flowers, wood and medicines.
Ravi decided that he would plant more trees around his home. He wanted his neighbourhood to become greener and cleaner.
His parents liked his idea. Together, they planted three small trees in their garden.
Ravi promised to care for the trees every day. He knew that caring for plants was a small step towards protecting nature.
